Tort de migdale si visine

Blat cu 8 oua

Crema e un amestec de ciocolata alba, frisca, mascarpone si lichior de cirese.
peste fiecare strat de crema am pus sos de visine.
Siropul e facut din parti egale de apa, vin rosu de Porto si Kirsch aromate cu sirop ammareto si esenta de migdale.
Glazura
254g ciocolata amaruie
42 g miere
172 g unt
esenta de migdale
Se topesc toate pe bain mare, se raceste putin si apoi se imbraca tortul.

Poze din interior nu am, dar sper ca sarbatorita de maine sa fie incantata de combinatia pe care i-am oferit-o.
