2 morcovi cruzi taiati in betisoare subtiri
2-3 cepe verzi

  1. Sugestii de asamblare a salatei:

Cook the marinated chicken breast as a whole piece to get it firm and slightly browned then it would look very nice when sliced in even chunks.
Option instead of almonds: use pine nuts or cashew nuts. Cut the spring onions on an angle, aprox 0.5cm length, they will look lovely in the finished dish.
Try to have a mix of salad leaves: lamb lettuce, rocket, micro leaves etc. for an explosion of colour . Failing that, humble lettuce leaves roughly chopped or better hand shredded should do the trick. Mix gently by hand all the ingredients and drizzle the dressing just before serving, preferably on individual plates. You could provide additional dressing on the side if required. 🙂 xxx
