Sos de ardei copti

Ingrediente
ardei
rosii
usturoi
cimbru
sare
ulei de masline

Se pun ardeii la copt.
Separat, intr-o tigaie se pune ulei de masline, se adauga usturoiul taiat bucatele si apoi rosiile, sarea si cimbrul.Cand rosiile sunt fierte, se adauga ardeii copti taiati fasii si seama care s-a scurs din ei. Se lasa sa mai fiarba cateva minute.

Merge foarte bine ca si garnitura la fripturi, singur sau impreuna cu piure de cartofi; uns pe paine.
